At Fat Chimp Forces Wear & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
