Solid hardwood is milled 1.5 inches thick and placed on  a CNC machine and the design is deep carved into the wood, it is finished by hand and oiled to last generations. 

The 3d Relief carvings come in 2 sizes  based around A4 and A3.

A3 is 11.7 inches wide by 16.5 inches high.

A4 is 8.3 x 11.7 inches

Expect it to be completed in 2-4 weeks, sometimes sooner.
